Indications and uses

For the relief of tiredness and jet lag associated with flying

Dosage and administration

Age Dose Adults and Children 2 years and over Chew one tablet on each take-off, one about every two hours, and one after landing. However, intervals of up to four hours between tablets are acceptable if sleeping. Best taken separately from meals. Under 2 yrs Ask a doctor.

Do not use if the blister pack is broken.

OTC - ASK DOCTOR SECTION

Ask a doctor before use in children under 2 years of age.

OTC - STOP USE SECTION

Stop use and ask a doctor if symptoms persist for more than 3 days or worsen.

If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use.
