Chlorhexidine Gluconate 4%

Inactive Ingredients

Water, Lauramine Oxide, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Polyacrylate-1 Crosspolymer, Polysorbate 20, Disodium Oleamido MIPA Sulfosuccinate, Glycolic Acid, Fragrance, Tetrasodium EDTA, Methylchloroisothiazolinone, Methylisothiazolinone, Yellow 6, Sodium Hydroxide.

CAUTIONS:

For animal use only. For topical use only. Avoid contact with eyes or mucous membranes. If undue skin irritation develops or increases, discontinue use and consult your veterinarian. In case of contact, flush eyes with water and seek medical attention if undue irritation persists. Keep out of the reach of children.
This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

Wet coat thoroughly with water. Apply and lather Maximum Strength Medicated Shampoo over the entire body allowing for 5 to 10 minutes of contact time. Rinse completely with water. Repeat if necessary or as directed.

STORAGE: 

Store at controlled room temperature.
