OTC - ACTIVE INGREDIENT SECTION

Benzalkonium Chloride 0.1%

Warnings

WARNINGS SECTION

For external use only. Do not use in the eyes.

Keep out of eyes. In case of eye contact, rinse with water. If irritation develops, discontinue use. Consult doctor if irritation persists for more than 72 hours.

If swallowed, seek medical attention or contact a Poison Control Center.

Keep out of the reach of children.

To Use

DOSAGE & ADMINISTRATION SECTION

Pull one sheet from canister at an angle and snap off. Sanitize hands or other affected area. Discard in trash after use. Do not flush. Close lid flap after use to retain moisture.

INDICATIONS & USAGE SECTION

To Dispense: Pop off canister lid. Remove seal. Pull up corner of center sheet and thread wipe through lid opening. Snap lid back onto the canister.
