OTC - ACTIVE INGREDIENT SECTION

Active Ingredient: Benzoyl Peroxide 2.5%

INACTIVE INGREDIENT SECTION

INACTIVE INGREDIENTS: Purified Water, Surfactant Blend containing: Disodium Laureth Sulfosuccinate, Coconut Fatty Acids w/Sodium Salts and Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Acrylic Polymer, Caustic Soda Liquid 50% Solution

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE SECTION

Directions for Use: Shake bottle before using. Wet coat thoroughly with warm water.  Apply shampoo to head and ears, then lather.  Do not get shampoo into eyes. Repeat procedure with neck, chest, middle and hind-quarter, finishing with legs. Allow shampoo to be absorbed for 5 to 10 minutes then rinse thoroughly.

SPL UNCLASSIFIED SECTION

May be used daily or as directed by a veterinarian.  If drying occurs, it may be controlled by rinsing the shampoo off sooner or by using less often.

GENERAL PRECAUTIONS SECTION

Precautions: Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. If contact with eyes occurs, rinse immediately with water.

INDICATIONS & USAGE SECTION

Benzoyl Peroxide Shampoo has a unique formulation that allows easier skin penetration than other shampoos on the market. Our 2.5% Benzoyl Peroxide is suspended in a deep cleaning, moisturizing base that aids in opening and flushing the hair follicles to help promote healing. It contains natural moisturizing agents that hydrate the coat and skin and aid in preventing dryness and irritation. Davis Benzoyl Peroxide Shampoo is ideal for conditions where a keratolytic vehicle may be beneficial and is an excellent degreaser for problem coats.
