PURPOSE

Antimicrobial

INDICATIONS & USAGE

Chlorhexidine 4% Shampoo is a full-strength medicated shampoo combining penetrating agents and emollients for optimal therapeutic
effectiveness. It contains Chlorhexidine Gluconate for antimicrobial activity.

DOSAGE & ADMINISTRATION

Directions for Use: Wet coat thoroughly with water. Apply and lather Chlorhexidine 4% Shampoo over the entire body allowing for 5 to 10
minutes of contact time. Rinse completely with water. Repeat if necessary or as directed by your veterinarian.

PRECAUTIONS

Precautions: Keep out of the reach of children. Wash hands after use. For animal use only. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes or mucous membranes. Not for otic use. If undue skin irritation develops or increases, discontinue use and consult a veterinarian.

STORAGE AND HANDLING

Storage: Store at controlled room temperature. Protect from freezing.
