ACTIVE INGREDIENT

Polyethylene Glycol 400 (0.4%)..................	Lubricant
Propylene Glycol 0.3%...............................      Lubricant

PURPOSE

Uses

• relieves dryness of the eye. 
• for the temporary relief of burning, irritation and discomfort due to dryness of the eye or exposure to the wind and sun. 
• may be used as a protectant against further irritation.

Warnings

For use in the eyes only. Retain outer carton for full product drug facts.

Do not use

• if this product changes color or becomes cloudy. 
• if you are sensitive to any ingredient in this product.

When using this product

• do not touch tip of container to any surface to avoid contamination. 
• remove contact lenses 
• replace cap after each use. 
• do not deliver more than 6 consecutive drops.

Stop use and ask a doctor if

• you feel eye pain. 
• changes in vision occur. 
• redness or irritation of the eye(s) gets worse, persists or lasts more than 72 hours.

Keep this in all drugs out of the reach of children.

If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.

Directions

• instill 1 or 2 drops in the affected eye(s) as needed

Other information

• store at room temperature 15°-30°C (59°-86°F).

Inactive ingredients

Aminomethyl propanol, boric acid, Gelrite gellan gum, magnesium chloride hexahydrate, potassium chloride, water for injection, sodium chloride, sorbitol. May contain hydrochloric acid and/or sodium hydroxide to adjust pH.
