HAZARD STATEMENTS: 

Causes severe skin burns and eye damage.  May be corrosive to metals.  ​Do not mix with chlorine containing products. ​Deafly chlorine gas will form.  Do not breathe dust/fumes/gas/mist/vapors/spray.  Wash face, hands and any exposed skin thoroughly after handling.  Wear protective gloves/protective clothing/eye protection/face protection.  

FIRST AID: 

​Immediately call a ​Poison Control Center ​or doctor/physician.

​If in Eyes:  ​​Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes.  Remove contacts lenses, if present and easy to do, Continue rinsing.  Immediately call a ​Poison Control Center ​or Doctor/physician.  

If on Skin(or Hair): Remove/Take off immediately all contaminated clothing. Rinse skin with water/shower.  Wash contaminated clothing before resue.  

If Inhaled: Remove victim to fresh air and keep at rest in a position comfortable for breathing.  Call a Poison Control Center or doctor/physician if you feel unwell.  

​If Swallowed: Rinse mouth.  ​Do Not ​induce vomiting.  

STORAGE AND DISPOSAL

Thoroughly rinse all measuring devices.  Avoid contamination of food or feed.  Store in cool, dry place.  Keep container tightly closed when not in use.  Store locked up. Dispose of contents/container to an approved waste disposal plant.  

Directions for Use

This product is formulated for use as an iodine source for manufacturing iodine based germicidal products.  

Note: Product must be thoroughly mixed before use.
