each tablet contains: sodium 30 mg, magnesium 30 mg do not use if printed seal under cap is torn or missing store at up to 25 o C (77 o F) in a dry place

When using this product

OTC - WHEN USING SECTION

do not take more than 16 tablets in 24 hours
do not use the maximum dosage for more than 2 weeks

Keep out of reach of children.

OVERDOSAGE SECTION

In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a poison control center immediately.
