Equal volumes of each HPUS** ingredient in 10X, 30X and 1LM potencies.

Amyl nit, Calc carb, Caulophyllum, Cimicifuga, Ferrum met, Gelsemium, Lachesis, Pulsatilla, Sanguinaria, Sepia, Sulphur and Sulphuricum ac.
