5X, Kali bic 12X, Mag phos 12X, Merc solub
12X, Phytolacca 3X, Pulsatilla 12X, Rhus tox
12X, Sepia 12X. *The letters “HPUS”
indicate that the components in the
product are officially monographed in the
Homeopathic Pharmacopeia of the United
States.

INDICATIONS & USAGE SECTION

INDICATIONS: For the temporary relief of
headaches, facial pain and nasal discharge
associated with chronic sinus. (**)

WARNINGS SECTION

WARNINGS:
• Stop use and call a doctor if symptoms
persist or worsen.
• If pregnant or breast-feeding, consult
a healthcare professional before use.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Contains alcohol: in case of accidental
overdose, consult a poison control center
immediately.
