PURPOSE

Ready to Use

A Lubricant Containing 0.1% Chlorhexidine Gluconate

INDICATIONS:

Chlorhexidine Lube is a ready-to-use antiseptic lubricant for topical or intrauterine application. It is non-greasy, free from irritating effects, and will not injure rubber appliances or surgical instruments.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

Topical: Remove sufficient amount of Chlorhexidine Lube to cover hand and arm or instruments as required. If desired, a small amount of water can be used.

INTRAUTERINE:

Add approximately four ounces Chlorhexidine Lube per gallon of warm water and mix well.

WARNINGS

ACTIVE INGREDIENT:

0.1% Chlorhexidine Gluconate.

INACTIVE INGREDIENTS:

Purified Water, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Propylene Glycol, Color and Fragrance.

STORAGE:

Store at controlled room temperature between 15°-30°C (59°-86°F). Keep container tightly closed when not in use. Do not freeze.
