STATEMENT OF IDENTITY SECTION

Description:Viatrexx-NAD + is 500 mg of powdered NICOTINAMIDE ADENINE DINUCLEOTIDE in a 10 mL vial.

WARNINGS SECTION

Warnings: Stop use and ask a health care practitioner if symptoms persist for more than 5 days or worsen. If pregnant or breastfeeding, ask a health care practitioner before use.

DOSAGE & ADMINISTRATION SECTION

Directions: Dissolve in water and take orally

SAFE HANDLING WARNING SECTION

Storage short term +2 to +8° C (35 to 46° F), Long term -15 to -25° C (5 to -13° F).

Do not use if a new product’s tamper-evident seal is broken or removed.
