adverse reactions ADVERSE REACTIONS Ergoloid mesylates preparations have not been found to produce serious side effects. Transient nausea and gastric disturbances have been reported. Ergoloid mesylates preparations do not possess the vasoconstrictor properties of the natural ergot alkaloids.
