6 ADVERSE REACTIONS The most common adverse reactions to oral potassium salts are nausea, vomiting, flatulence, abdominal pain/discomfort, and diarrhea. Mostcommon adverse reactions are nausea, vomiting, flatulence, abdominal pain/discomfort and diarrhea.
