Adverse Reactions Blood dyscrasias have been reported in association with the use of chloramphenicol (see WARNINGS ). Allergic or inflammatory reactions due to individual hypersensitivity and occasional burning or stinging may occur with the use of Chloromycetin Ophthalmic Ointment.
