INDICATIONS & USAGE

A broad spectrum de-wormer for the treatment and control of seven species of worms

Tapeworms (Dipylidium caninum, Taenia pisiformis)

Roundworms (Toxocara canis, Toxascaris leonina)

Hookworms (Ancylostoma caninum, Ancylostoma braziliense, and Uncinaria stenocephala)

in medium and large dogs

Active Ingredients: Each flavored chewable contains 114mg Pyrantel Pamoate and 114mg Praziquantel

DOSAGE & ADMINISTRATION

DIRECTIONS FOR USE: For the removal of large roundworms, hookworms and tapeworms in adult or young dogs, weighing more than 25lbs., administer these tablets according to the weight of the animal.

Weight	Number of Tablets
6.0 to 25.0 pounds	Use the 30 mg size
25.1 to 50.0 pounds	Give 1 tablet
50.1 to 100.0 pounds	Give 2 tablets
100.1 to 150.0 pounds	Give 3 tablets
150.1 to 200.0 pounds	Give 4 tablets

NOTE: For puppies or small dogs weighing less than 25 lbs, use Durvet Triple Wormer Chewable Flavored Dog De-Wormer Tablet for Puppies and Small Dogs. Durvet Triple Wormer Chewables are recommended for dogs 12 weeks of age and older.

Offer proper dosage by hand or in the dog's food container, with or without food. 

Do not withhold food from your dog prior to or after treatment.

RECOMMENDED DE-WORMING SCHEDULE:

Consult your veterinarian for assistance for the diagnosis, treatment, and control of parasitism. De-worming schedules may vary depending on the climate where you live and the activity of your dog

The safety of Durvet Triple Wormer Chewables in breeding dogs and pregnany bitches has not been determined.
