PURPOSE

Chewable flavored dog de-wormer tablets

7 Way De-wormer

For Puppies & Small Dogs 6 lbs. to 25 lbs.

ACTIVE INGREDIENT

Active ingredients: Each flavored chewable contains 30 mg pyrantel pamoate and 30 mg praziquantel. 

INDICATIONS & USAGE

A broad spectrum de-wormer for the treatment and control of seven species of worms in puppies and small dogs

• Tapeworms (Dipylidium caninum, Taenia pisiformis)
• Roundworms (Toxocara canis, Toxascaris leonina)
• Hookworms (Ancylostoma caninum, Ancylostoma braziliense, and Uncinaria stenocephala)

DIRECTIONS FOR USE: For the removal of large roundworms, hookworms and tapeworms in puppies and small dogs, weighing 6 to 25 lbs., administer these tablets according to the weight of the animal.

Weight	No. of Tablets
6.0 to 12.0 lbs.	Give 1 tablet
12.1 to 25.0 lbs.	Give 2 tablets
More than 25.0 lbs.	Use the 114 mg size

NOTE: For large dogs weighing more than 25 lbs., use Durvet Triple Wormer Chewable Flavored Dog De-Wormer Tablets for Large Dogs.  Durvet Triple Wormer Chewables are recommended for dogs 12 weeks of age and older. 

Offer the proper dosage by hand or in the dog's food container, with or without food.  Do not withold food from your dog prior to or after treatment.
